Shipping & Returns
FREE SHIPPING WITHIN THE EU
We currently offer shipping to all countries within the EU (including the UK).
Packages are sent via DHL/Deutsche Post. Standard delivery time is one week, though this can vary with shipping destination and time of year.
We endeavor to process and ship orders within 48 hours. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
We offer 30-day returns from the day you receive your order. Please note that to be eligible for return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
How to return an item
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 10 days for the refunded sum to appear in your bank account.
Damaged and incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
